Kodak 9810 printer driver problem
I downloaded the new firmware, drivers and icc profiles for the 9810 printer.
After installation I am unable to print to the computer from a windows APP
the test print function from printer console works correctly
the test print from the Kodak Diagnostic APP on the PC works correctly
when I print from an app on the PC the file goes to the printer and the printer has the message printing on the console after a few seconds the message on the printer says canceling. The only clears with a power on reset. I get no error on the PC
If I try to access the printer properties on the printer settings page when I close the settings page I get a rundll32 error 0xc0000005. I have spent an hour with Microsoft support with no help. Can anyone help me

Your AIO drivers for the Kodak 5210 printer does not work. Whwn installed it displays an error stating ‘driver was not installed successfully’. Is this printer even supported in Windows 10, or does the printer require an Firmware update.

Is kodak esp 3.2 compatible with Windows 10 or are there drivers that need to be updated? The computer will not pick up the printer even if wired in.
