Hi! Can you upload a driver for Mac iOs driver for 6800 printer?

I am having the worse time with this, I need someone to help if they can.
I had 6r in my machine. It gave me the incorrect ribbon error when I installed 6sr media, my friend installed the firmware and it worked after that roll ran out I had another roll of 6r and not I am getting the incorrect ribbon error again.
